DVC Fun no registration possible

Hello, I am trying to formulate my request in English.

I bought DVC Fun 2022 and I can't register it. The registration window does not appear after installation. The device manager is also empty. I also registered on the dmxsoft homepage to install my device. It is not found here either.

Searching the forum revealed that these problems occur more often. Unfortunately, the only answer was that a support ticket should be created. But since it's the weekend now and I can't expect an answer until Wednesday, I would like to ask again how someone who has had this problem before did it.

EDIT:
In the meantime I tried it on the desktop PC instead of the laptop. I was able to register the interface. The interface is still not recognized on the laptop.
