ADJ Mega TriPar Profile Plus problem

I successfully ran 4 of the original mega tris for several years on daslight2 . So transitioned to D4 for the new profile plus model . I have set up basic colours and built some chase effects and these work fine . However I also want to run the programmed sound to light shows and these are having none of it .

Tris are correctly addressed and in 10 channel mode .

To set sound active show one I have
CH5 Shutter to Open
CH6 Dimmer to 255
CH7 set to Sound Active
CH8 Set to 15 (SA1)
CH9 set anywhere in range .

Lights sit inactive . I'm a bit stumped

Sorry for the delay. I'm really not sure what you're trying to achieve here. Could you explain in a little more details, using screencaptures maybe ?
