Laggy User Input on MacOS Ventura

I have an Intel Mac from 2019 with a 2,6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, an AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB and 16GB 2667 MHz DDR4 Memory. The Mac ran Catalina before I updated it, without any lags or user interface bugs in D4. After I updated to latest D4 (Oct 26 2022 (22.1026.0.0)) and to the latest MacOS Ventura 13.1 the user interface of D4 is very laggy, and there seems to be a half of a seconds delay to any Input I am making on the UI. Is that my fault and can I chance any setting to make it better or is it because of D4?

To add: My M1 Mac with Ventura and the latest D4 version runs without any lags, so it could be a graphics driver issue.

Is there any chance you could download our sister company's ESA2 software on the Intel computer and tell us if the issue is the same ?
