I'm a rental company and i often use the same show file as base for different setups because i have lot's of scenes and buttons already created that are shared in those different setups.
What is not different is the disposition of the moving heads. Sometimes they are head down in line on a truss, others head up on a totem facing each other in a square etc, you get the idea.
In order for pan & tilt to work best, sometimes i must tweak the invert and it's when i makes those changes that all the scenes, including the ones that don't have any pan & tilt or even scenes from other fixtures that are not moving heads change the value of the pan and tilt to a question mark.
Please see this picture of a simple scene of a color channel (no pan & tilt was recorded) after i changed the reverse pan on the moving heads in the patch tab.

The Pan & Tilt changed and this would mean that everytime i would trigger this color scene my moving heads would move wich is not intended when i trigger a color.
This makes me have to open every single scene and revert back those pan & tilt channels to off. This is impractical because i'm always adding new stuff to the base file so i need to have the freedom to just invert the pan & tilt of the moving heads on the fly and start from that same file.
I consider this a Bug. Changing the pan & tilt reverse setting shouldn't affect any scenes that don't have the pan & tilt channels turned on.
Also, of course, i don't want to change in the fixture themselves if i can do it by software.
I hope the Develop Team can change this because in my use case, my gear is always the same but sometimes the setup is different.
