I have DVC4 GOLD ZM controller. When I connect it with USB it is not detected. When I connect it with Ethernet it is detected. I can enable it in preferences and then in standalone mode write my program there.
But when on the scene I want to enable port trigger, in the window I do not see devices in the list and I cannot select my device.
Cannot enable port trigger

Re: Cannot enable port trigger
Hello,
First of, please make sure you are using the very latest version of Daslight4.
When I connect it with USB it is not detected
If your interface is detected over ethernet but not over USB, maybe there is a small issue with the cable you are using ? In order to test this, you can see if the HardwareManager tool detects it or not. If the device isn't detected by HM, you may need to question the involved hardware.
If the device gets activated in the preferences window, you really should be able to see your device in the port triggering dialog. If your situation doesn't fit with this statement, please share screenshots (or even better, a video if possible).
Regards,
