Pan/Tilt Generator Issue

Hi there,

I'm having an issue where my pan/tilt generator only affects the fine pan/tilt on my fixture instead of the actual pan and tilt. Are there any solutions to this? Would love to use this function but can't find any way to get it working properly.

Hello,

This very much sounds like a SSL2 file issue. The profile file may have been created wrong.
You will need to check this using the Profile Builder tool on our cloud :

Thanks for the reply! Turns out that I needed to set my Tilt and Pan as 16 bit channels so that the generator would control both the 'pan/tilt' and 'pan/tilt fine'
