Will not jump to next scene on BPM

Hello,

I'm having an issue that I read was fixed but doesn't look like it.

I have a scene set to loop a finite number of times and to play the scene on BPM. Problem is, the scene will loop indefinitely and not jump to the next scene in order. I am using the Jan 13 2020 Windows version.
