Daslight4 - What's going on

Hello everybody,

I don't know if I'm the only Daslight4 User who's thinking about the actually situation with this software ...

- I've send some mails with crash reports within the last weeks and don't get any answer or response.
- There are no updates published with bugfixes or improvements for the Windows and/or Mac Version since a long time.
- The response to topics at this forum is, let us say "poor".
- There are no information available about the next version of Daslight. Not at this forum, not at the website.

So ... for me it looks like Daslight is fall into a deep deep sleep

We're sad to read about your disapointement in our support service.

As of today there has been no information disclosed on a new major version of our software. Any forum topic you may find on this subject has been created and fed by our dear users looking forward to a bunch of new features. Be assured that this kind of information, should there be any, would be released at the appropriate time.

I seem to recall answering your latest email dated Feb 24th, and thanking you for the report. Was there any more that I could've missed ? We will be releasing a new version in the coming days fixing some hardware issues (among others) and another one soon after that.

Always good to get feedback from our Daslight users ! We grow from it.

thanks for your request to my post.

I send several mails directly from Daslight when the program crashed.
All crashes appears when I create a Pixel- or Matrix Effect on my Eurolite LED B-40 Laser Effect (22 Channel mode) or on my Stairville Beam Ball Quad 100 LED (49 Channel mode). To all this reports I didn't get any response.

yesterday I had again two crashes in Daslight while creating scenes.
I send a report for the first crash from the upcoming dialog in Daslight. Hope you get this report.
