Crash when patching some light

Hello there.

The software works fine with "generic lights" but most of other real lights crash instantly when I click on them.
I'm new in to DMX programing on PC, I'm more use to physical DMX desk.
I'm runing on Windows 10 on a good laptop.

Which version of Daslight4 are you using ? Could you please give me the name of several of the crashing profiles ?

I'm curently using Daslight4 20.113.9279.1409
Unfortunately, I don't get any error message. In fact, when I'm trying to patch any light, the software just close down.

OK I've just redownload the software and now it's seams that it's working perfectly fine

Any chance your firewall might have pinned Daslight4 as a malicious software and would kill the app when it tries to access a file on the hard drive ?

In order to rule this out, could you please deactivate the firewall, restart Daslight4 and try again adding fixtures to your show ?

Thanks you for your quick response.
Probably when I first download the app, I forgot to accept the admin certificate.
Now it's working perfectly fine.
