Hi to all the people.
In my IMAC 27 2017 I have several problem of velocity when i open DASLIGHT 4.
I have a:
Nome processore: Intel Core i5
Velocità processore: 3,4 GHz
Numero di processori: 1
Numero totale di Core: 4
Cache L2 (per Core): 256 KB
Cache L3: 6 MB
Memoria: 40 GB
What can I do????

Are you using the latest version of Daslight4 ? We've worked on this issue lately, maybe updating will improve your user experience with D4.

Is the last version.... but I can't use on my iMac.... THE CPU IS VERY BUSY!!!

over the 120/130% of CPU usage

I found some solution with this problem because I had the same CPU overload on 3 different Mac's. Old (2017) and completely new Mac's.
I connect additional monitor to computer. Normally PC monitor on HDMI cable. When I move DL4 window to this PC monitor, CPU usage decrease from 120% (and mooooore) to 35%. Maybe this problem is because of Apple display ?
