Hi, Daslight is a great tool to design the show but I noticed that even to most basic project with one fixture eats 60% of CPU,
which makes it difficult to work with both Logic Pro and Daslight at the same time (which is essential when designing a light show which is synced to the tracks - at least this is my workflow). Most of this time is spent on constantly redrawing the UI (according to process sampling on MacOS) even if noting is happening on the screen, not a single scene is playing. This makes the fans spin really loudly on my MacBook Pro whenever I start Daslight.
Is there any work happening or planned to address this performance issue?
(I'm using latest release from 01/13/2020).
