Best settings to run effects on Starville 132 LED RGB

I`m just getting started with Daslight and have just finnished watching all the tutorial videos.
I got a couple of Stairville Wild Wash 132 LED RGB and wonder if anybody can give me some feedback on the best mode to run these in to be able to run audio triggered strobe effects from daslight.

And the attached picture shows the modes in the SSL2 file. (You can open these in Scan Library Editor too so you can check which mode is what yourself).

If any mode types are missing, you can make a request to have these added by following these steps:
- Log on to the customer area store.daslight.com/ssl
  (You will need to create an account if you don’t have one already)
- Search for the required fixture profile
- Click the red ‘Report’ button to the right of your fixture profile in the results list.
- Follow the instructions and do not forget to attach the technical documentation of the fixture.
