Struggling with configuring scenes

I'm struggling while trying to create a Scene based on predefined Presets (all Default from product Team, not my own). It's not working as expected, means, for instance: red is Chosen, however also some green LEDs will be dimmed.

Before I bore anyone else here: who can I contact with the details?
