Software Crashes when generating matrix or pixel effects

Hi.

I have been a long time user of Daslight, since upgrading to V4 when it came out ( Have a DVC4 Gold Interface), i have had multiple crashes when creating matrix or pixel effects on my leds. This weekend i was running a show and had multiple crashes when programming.

As a result of this, universe 1 in preferences would not have any output in it and then would cause no data to be sent out to the rig. Once this was found it wasnt so much of an issue, but obviously not what you want during or before a show.

Sorry to read about all the problems you've been experiencing while using our product. Are you using the latest version of Daslight4 ?

Yes I’m using the latest version of the software. I recently upgraded as I had the same issue with the previous version with the generator. Although I didn’t have the issue with universe 1 losing its output setting before the latest version.

It's when you matrix generate on all fixtures after you have done a dimmer sine wave effect

Here is the video. I have tried this with different led fixtures, on different computers and all have the same result.

The issue does seem to be when different led fixtures are selected. if I choose the eurolite sls6 or the performer zooms as individual groups it seems to generate, but when I select all fixtures that's when it crashes. Both pc's are running windows 10, don't know if that would make a difference at all.
