Is it possible to control an entire show with external trigger?

Hi!
I'm quite new with Daslight 4 (some little work on Daslight 3).
I would like to know if is it possible to control an entire lightshow with external trigger.
I have a list of about 80 songs (constantly groving) and each one has his own backingtrack with an associated midi file and a smpte audio track in sync.
My goal is to have a corresponding light sequence (cue) for each song and I wish I could start any song at any time during the show to have the related light sequence synchronized.
Is there any way to do that with Daslight 4?

Hello

If you have a MIDI controller connected, you could manually trigger each scene or even a scene which is the start if a cue of scenes to run though out the particular song.

Daslight4 supports ‘General MIDI’ specification for triggering:
-MIDI note messages
-MIDI controller messages
-MIDI programme change messages

Daylight 4 also supports MIDI Clock for synchronisation with scenes
