Problem with 220_230w beam moving head

Hi,
I have problem with 220_230w beam moving head.
I don't see the light,color,gobo etc. into fxture window.
I have upgrade the software with the 23 April 2019 version but the problem it's the same

the last version of easy view 2 is't the 0.9 build 0, 5 December 2017 ??? correct ?
i see only 2 moving head but into the universe i have
4 moving head color spot 250
4 moving head beam 230
4 par 64 at10
2 par slim h7
1 fog machine
