No DMX output from the Gold4 interface

Hi

i'm experimenting an unsolvable yet issue testing a single fixture (2W laser) : There is no output from the Gold DVC4 interface from the scene fader movements.
Checking the hardware manager, it results that both Universes 1 and 2 are OFF. Activating Universes in the hardware manager and moving faders from there works. Levels are sent and fixture reacts as expected. When comming back to normal operaton, Daslight has still no output. Coming back to the hardware manager shows again the Universes reset to OFF.

What am i missing ?

Answering to myself (and for other) :

The solution was :

1 - update Daskight 4 to last version (August 2018)
2 - Check the preference in Edit > Preferences
3 - go to the interface preferences
4 - Assign corectly each channel (channel 1 and channel 2) to appropriate in/out mode (in my case, using 2 universes, both are OUT)
5 - Assign universe 1 to chanel 1 and universe 2 to channel 2 resp.
6 - check everything is activated

At this point, outputs are messy and send unstable states.

7 - Close and restart Daslight 4

this achieved into a working situation

i have exactly the same problem with my dvc3 Gold ZM (MACbook)
after the update (august 18) + actual Firmware ------> no conncetion to my box
I hope someone could help me ...
