Rerouting DMX addresses?

Hello,

Maybe somebody has an idea for solving my problem? Here is a simplified description:

I use an Eurolite bar with 4 spots (KLS-40). The bar runs in 24 channel mode, each spot has its own fixture with 6 channels
The start address for the bar is #1,
Spot 1 for musician A has channels #1-#6,
Spot 2 for musician B has channels #7-#12,
Spot 3 for musician C has channels #13-#18,
Spot 4 for musician D has channels #19-#24

I have a lot of scenes which say „Red for musician A“, „Blue for musician D“, etc.

For the next concert the stage setup is totally different. Musician A and D will change their position. It is mechanically not possible to solve the problem by rotating the spots. Is there any easy possibility in Dashlight to „remap“ all commands for spot A (#1-#6) to spot D (#19-#24)?

The solution is simple.
In the patch screen you move spot A to the dmx channels of spot D (for example).

To be able to do so, first move all four spots to dmx channels far away
( f.i. to 201 - 224)

Then move the spot A back to the position that spot D had.
And so on.
The scenes will follow the spotchannels, but your physical spots does not -of course-.
Then you will have a new setup without changing anything in your scenes of physics!!
