Problems with the 3D Visualizer

I just downloaded the D4 daylight on my Mac and it worked fine.
But then I wanted to share my screen and put the 3D visualiser on the second screen and it worked. But then my computer fan started spinning, so I shut down and started all over and now I can't get the 3D visualiser to show up.
I deleted the program and did a new installation, but still the same problem. The 3D visualiser is gone.

Any idea how to get it back??

And if that works. How can I add a simple box to the visualiser, like a drum podium/riser?
Couldn't find that in the library. Maybe its hidden in a folder somewhere? But it seems like a thing people might use here.

Actually it worked when I started the program from the folder instead of starting it from the Daslight4 menu.
