Artnet question

Ok, so I have the daslight4 with the dvc 4 gold etition. And that has 2 universes working.
So it's perfect.
But now I want to add another interface (pathport D-series) it runs with Ethernet and artnet.
So I plugged it in, set the IP address and the submask (in daslight4), also in the interface, set the channels and universes... And followed the instructions in the video tutorial... But nothing happens.

Hey,

I'm afraid DVC4 GOLD doesn't include ArtNet compatibility. Our other interface (DVC4 GZM) does include 3 ArtNet universes, though.
