(2017-10-17-019) IMPROVEMENT - Refresh the list of fixtures

Hi,

It would be nice if there were an option to refresh the list of fixtures without having to close and restart Daslight4.
For example, when custom fixtures are manually added or modified in the folders.
The imported fixtures cannot be moved to another folder.
Maybe a contextual menu with a "Refresh" option ?

Yes, this would be a nice feature - in combination with a bugfix for the library editor (since Aug 2016)!
Could be a refreshed automatically also, when saving the new .ssl file - means without a refresh button.
