(2017-10-17-016) minor BUG - Strange icons when Show is locked

Hi,

When Show is set to lock mode, a strange icon appears.
The selected icon (FADER, PALETTE or EFFECT) is replaced by a solid gray square instead of the "disabled" gray graphic.
The other icons are ok.
