Dvc4 gold 1024 controller

So I received my new dvc4 1024 controller today how do I use the 2 universes together as there not two outs and there’s only 1 out and 1 in

Hi stevethemobiledj,

The DMX input of the Gold interface can be used as second output.
In Patch, create a second universe.
Go to Edit > Preferences > Devices.
For the 2nd port, select Output and Universe 2.

(This is a screenshot of the Gold ZM but it's similar for the Gold interface.)

You also need an DMX female-female adaptator to convert the DMX input to output (also called "gender changer"), with short cable or monoblock version.
