Hi, I have a major problem.
One day the file that I use every weekend to work suddently does not open.
I load it, and it loads 3/4 of the way, then it stays "loading Scenes" while in task manager shows as (not responding)
I have no idea what it is, last week was working fine. I have the latest version of DVC4 and have tried it on 2 very good computers. (all runing windows 10)
what should I do? its very importan to me this file.
is there any e mail I can contact for help?

I've got the same problem.
After a few weeks working on a show, Daslight crashed during saving. So every time I try to open this file, Daslight loads scenes and freezes always at the same point. I thought that the file was corrupted by the crash, but I have no idea how to fix it (if it's actually possible to fix it)
Any suggests?

Hey Bea,
Please send me your showfile and I'll let you know if it can be fixed.
By the way, we should soon release a version of Daslight 4 that will store a backup version of your file before replacing it. That way you will always have a way to get back the latest valid version of your show.
