Bug? Change of FADE ON/OFF setting

Hello,

On my show pages I have created a button for changing between FADE ON/OFF in live situations.

Sometimes this is no longer working after some minutes of operation. When I then take a look to the preferences/shortcuts dialog I see that the setting for FADE has been changed from NONE to DEFAULT (see screenshot). I do not know why this happens. If I set it back to NONE, everything is fine again (for a while).

Can you help?
