(1222-011) Bugs - MIDI/DMX mapping after reopen

Hi,

(a)
When a MIDI mapping is defined in "General" for PALETTE :
- the mappings are applied to PALETTE but not to the corresponding channels in FADER
- when the show file is saved and reopened, all MIDI mappings are lost

(b)
When a MIDI mapping is defined in a fixture tab for PALETTE :
- when the show file is saved and reopened, the MIDI controls do work but the indicators are missing in PALETTE

Right, thanks for reporting. This was just fixed. It'll work properly in next version.
