Minimum Hardware Requirements?

Post by MichaRD »

Hello,

What are the minimum hardware requirements for running Daslight 4 on a Win 10 notebook (Ram, Prozessor)? Does anybody has experiences with running Daslight 4 on a low cost notebook like:

Lenovo ideapad 100S-11 (Intel Atom™ Z3735F, 1,33 GHz, 2 GB Ram)
Lenovo ideapad 100S-14 (Intel Celeron® N3060, 1,6 GHz, 4 GB Ram)
Trekstor SurfBook W2 (Intel Atom™ x5-Z8300 Prozessor, 1,84 GHz, 4 GB RAM)?

What is with Win 10 2in1 tablets like

TrekStor SurfTab twin 11.6 (Intel Atom x5, 1,84 GHz, 2 GB Ram) ?

Is it possible to run Daslight on these computers via the touchscreen without EasyRemote?

Thank you for sharing your experience!

Hi Micha,

Daslight 4
Minimum computer requirements:
Computer working under Windows 7 or higher, or MAC OSx 10.10 or higher
1 Ghz speed processor
2 Gb Memory (RAM)
1280*768 pixel screen
OpenGL 3.1 (for 3D)
*NOTE: we have had several reports of the Intel HD Graphics 3000 adapter not properly working with OpenGL 3.1*

Recommended computer requirements:
Computer working under Windows 7 or higher, or MAC OSx 10.10 or higher
2 Ghz speed processor, dual core
4 Gb Memory (RAM)
Video card with 1GB video memory
1920*1080 pixel screen
OpenGL 3.1 (for 3D)

Is it possible to run Daslight on these computers via the touchscreen without EasyRemote?
Daslight 4 is designed to be used with a mouse and keyboard and not via touchscreen.

Hope that helps.

Thank you Benno! Yes this helps.

What I meant with my question concerning touchscreens was if it is possible to use the show mode of Daslight with a touchscreen on one of these 2in1 or convertible machines.

Are there any other users which have experiences with this?

Best Regards
Micha
