Problem with fixture (Dimmer)

Hello guys,

seems like my fixture is not working properly.
the dimmer fader can not adjust different dimmer levels on my "futurelight pro slim 12 mk2 hcl" in 10channel mode. the pars always shows the same brightness.

please be kind and help me in that case

Hello,

did you tried to download a new version the fixture from the Daslight server?
Perhaps your SL2 file is corrupt and a new fixture file will fix it.

And what did you see at the visualizer when you change the dimmer?
Is the preview correct or is there also nothing happens?

Update is done, so already the newest fixture version exist!

-> visualizer: Nothing, it´s already black!

Hello,

I have looked into your show, and I could get the dimmer to work. Something you might need to know about this:
Your fixtures have several channels that need to be initialized before it can shine at the brightness you want.

There is a DImmer, of course (first channel)
There is a Strobe that needs to be initialized to the first preset (channel
There is a Color Wheel that needs to be initialized to the white preset (last channel)
