buttons on display win10 vs Mac

Hi,

I am having a problem with the display using esremote on my Samsung S9 when using my laptop with win10 vs Mac.

My partner has a Mac and when I use esremote my lighting buttons are perfect. They are in columns, rows and everything fits on the screen.

I own a win 10 laptop, load the same file and when I use esremote my lighting buttons are just in 1 column (verticle). They dont all fit on the screen and i cant scroll down so I'm missing a few.

I thought I been in all the settings but I cant find anything to change this.

Is there something I'm overlooking?
