Hello,
I am using two different windows based computers and I am having the same problem trying to launch the Easy remote application. A newly installed DVC3 application software will work fine the first time I run it. I can launch,open the easy application app, edit a page and save it just fine.
However, when closing the DASlight application, and then reopening it, I am unable to launch the remote application. I see a small window open up and a spinning wheel indicating that the computer is thinking. This will go on forever if I let it. By right clicking on it, two options come up that will allow me to exit the procedure.
