DVC3 or Midi but not together

Hi,

I have a DVC3 DMX controller since few years and recently I bought a midi interface Korg nano control 2.

I’ m in front of a strange problem :
I can use my midi controller only when DVC is disconnected. I mean that midi is working well until I connect DVC.

I restart the operation, restart computer, restart installing drivers... and I still have the same problem...

Someone could please help me ?

- Which model of the DVC3 interface do you have ?
- Does MIDI work again once you have disconnected the interface ?
