dvc3 512 siudi9a problems

hello.

i have a dvc3 512 siudi9a hardware working with dcv3 software...
two problems:
1. when i run the program it takes about 15 minutes to open...
2. when i have recorded or erase scenes, and i try to save the project, the program crashes, without saving the project...

it´s a very frustating situation... please help meeee.

Could you please make sure you're running the latest version of DVC3 software ?
About the problems you've reported :

when i run the program it takes about 15 minutes to open...

This shouldn't have anything to do with the software. Startup time shouldn't change between the day you first installed the software and today. Have you set your software to reopen the latest showfile on startup ? That would explain this problem.

This must have to do with your project file. If you're running the latest version of the software, then it's a bug that we'll make sure to fix for next version. Could you please send me your showfile for tests ?
