We have had a recent influx of users reporting a XHL-NAP error message when using the Hardware Manager tool.
The main cause of this is having Daslight 4 open at the same time as Hardware Manager. If you close Daslight 4 and launch Hardware Manager separately, it should then work correctly.
If you then still receive the XHL-NAP error message, it could be because you do not have a legitimate interface.
