Firmware problems...

Hi..

Im Using DVC3 GZM V1.2 (SIUD7B) Interface,
Win 7 and the newest DVC3 Software Version.

Now my Problem,

I had upgrade my Device to Firmware 1.23, but now i can´t start DVC3.

Error XHL The Device Firmware are to recent. Downgrade it.....

Whats the Problem?

Hi Mathias,

Can you tell me what version of the Hardware Manager are you using?

The one that is included with the latest DVC3 or the separate download from our website?

Dear Mathias,

I had the same problem after I received a new DVC3GZM from the service department this week.
The firmwareversion 1.23 is not compatible with the latest official DVC3 release at this moment.

Mr Pryce from product support advised me to use the latest Beta version for now.

But I don't like to use beta versions in live situations, so I downgraded the firmware of the 1.20. And now it works fine.

I will upgrade back to version 1.23 later, after a new version of the software is released for final.
