Help! My interface isn't detected

I bought DVC3 GZM and is not detected. I try in a two machines (win XP SP3 and win7). In the interface I see "OFF" missage.

I try the last version of DVC3 before connect the interface. tools.exe don't detect in any machine. I Try two USB cables and all sockets.

Mini-SD card must be connected during installation?

Please help, i need the interface for a show tomorrow.

Hi Xuanra

Off is displayed when no memory card is inserted, and doesnt need to be inserted when installing. Have you tried plugging your interface into the computer via a good quality USB Hub?
