It will not, you will need to upgrade your interface.

Is it the same for the DVC Gold interface? And in this case, how much would it cost me to upgrade? Thank you.

All DVC interfaces sold are now 64 bit compatible, you could upgrade to the latest DVC512. Check out the upgrades tables on the prices page of the website.
