Took a while to trawl back through 8 years of archives to find it, but none the less i have found them.

Please find attached the missing pictures.

Please note this applies to the DVC2 Gold with the SIUDI8A PCB which is mentioned in this topic. If you have different DVC2 hardware then the approach will be different.
