Deregister DVC Gold?

I think it is time that someone who can make more use of it takes my DVC Gold off my hands. I enjoyed playing with it, but came to the conclusion that lighting for our band is best done using simple sound-sensitive modes on the fixtures.
My question is what I need to do in terms of "deregistering" the device to prepare it for its next owner. And what will happen to the Artnet and Lightrider licences that I bought for it? Do they stay with the device or are they linked to my account?
