Having a major issue as new user.

Hello, I have 26 Omnisystem OS-8080 LEd light bars (bowling lanes) and have spent the last 4 days watching tutorials and reading manuals. I have a DMX controller that had a pre-loaded scene that slowly changed the lights. what I wanted to do was add a scene with just 2 solid colors every other fixture (orange, blue, orange, blue, etc). I spent HOURS on the dipswitches crawling under the lanes and setting them to what the DVC3 software told me to and now none of them work.

Apparently when I tried to load the scene into the DMX controller it also deleted the stored scene. I had to flip the #10 dipswitch on and play with some to use the built in lighting. I have less than 24 hours to get this fixed.

I don't understand why nothing will work or even light up when I try to test the address. At this point I am in a serious pickle trying to do something as simple as have lighting for an event. Really need help here... DVC4 does not seem to see my device so I had to get DVC3. This has turned into a disaster....

After loading the scene into memory is will say 1 but does nothing. Now it says "EA"
