Error New DVC4 Gold - Ports

Hello,

I recently purchased this device and have had many hardware observations. the last one I found and that bothers me, are the dry ports. When configuring them in Daslight4, edit scenes, only 1 to 9 works, but when you want to configure from 10 to 16, it does not allow you to configure it by unchecking the options box.

Please notify this small inconvenience.

Note: I have verified in the Hardware Manager section and the ports when touched, these do work. This is why the problem must be Software.
