Upgrade Interface

Hello,

I have a DVC4 Gold and a DVC Lightrider interface. Bouth interfaces are bought in October 2020 and I didn't know that the DVC GZM Interface could be used for Daslight4 and Lightrider.

So my Questin is, if I could upgrade from this two interfaces to one DVC GZM Interface and what's the pricing for this upgrade.
It would be nice if someone could give me a short information about this. Many thanks.

Hi Tom,

just for your information ...

I've got feedback from your product support. They told me, that is it not possible to upgrade from my two different DVC4 Interfaces to one DVC4 GZM Interface. Only one interface could be upgraded with a less of 20% for the new interface.

That's not of course not the answer I hope to get.
