Verbindung zu DVC4 Gold 512DMX bricht unregelmäßig ab

Hallo zusammen,

ich nutze Daslight seit ein paar Monaten und habe folgendes Problem.

In unregelmäßigen Abständen bricht die Verbindung zum DMX-Controller ab und ich muss einmal den USB-Stecker herausziehen und wieder einstecken und dann in den Geräteeinstellungen das DMX-Universum des DMX-Einganges neu auswählen.

Was kann das sein???

Ich habe folgende Maßnahmen bereits unternommen:
1. Alle USB-Kabel getauscht.
2. Firmware ist auf dem neuesten Stand
3. Energiespareinstellungen meines Windows 10 Tablets sind alle deaktiviert.
4. Sonst sind alle Treiber immer aktuell.

Ich bin da jetzt echt ratlos.
