Old hard/softwware running again

Hi guys

I've recently got back in de dj buisiness and because i got an old DVC2 Gold box i've tried to get it running again but to no succes. My pc is an old 32 bit laptop and i've already updated the firmware and downloaded the DVC2 daslight software, but still the software tells me he does not recognise the interface. What to do?? I could not think of anything else that could be causing a problem. Does anyone has an solution or idea what is wrong?
