Error New DVC4 Gold

Hello friends

I recently purchased a DVC 4 Gold, which the software recognizes well, but when entering the manager, it tells me "some firmware update mail fail"

In the previous topic, download the latest hardware manager, updating the firmware " the firmware was succesfully updated"

at the time of entering, again this opens the commented error.

Note: Before the bug, I was able to use the dry ports... now I can't.
