This could possible be a DMX timings problem.

-Open the hardware manager and write the slow DMX timings preset (from the DMX input/output tab). Does this help?
-Try moving the DMX output faders inside the hardware manager. Does this work?

This option was remove because a more advanced automatic normalisation algorithm was implement. We need to remove it from the documentation.

We're not aware of this problem. Messages are being fed back to our MIDI controller as expected. We'll make some additional tests with other message types to see if we can re-produce a problem

Please send me the original faulty show file and we'll take a look. It should not be necessary to re-patch anything.
