Re: DVC4 GZM power Supply Network modus
Hello As you have a DVC4 GZM, it is entirely possible to used a USB plug adapter for powering the DVC4 GZM interface, the criteria being is that it is your country of residence main voltage input in, and then 5VDC out to the USB device. (as with all USB devices). You can then of course use the Ether...

Re: VM116 Software?
Hello Daslight 4 either needs DVC FUN, DVC4 Gold, DVC4 GZM, DVC3 GZM, or a Nicolaudie SUT device with Daslight 4 licence applied in order for it to be recognised. Alternatively, if the VM116 has Art-Net, then this can be used with Daslight 4, but you will need a Nicolaudie SUT device with an Art-Net...

Re: Next Daslight 5 release
Hello Thank you for your feedback, I will answer your questions below: Will DVC4 work with Daslight 5 It is not 100% confirmed, but it is likely that the DVC4 GZM will work with Daslight 5, Same as the DVC3 GZM works with DVC3 and DVC4 software. However the DVC4 Gold is unlikely to work with Dasligh...

Re: VC4 Gold - Stand allone mode - no soft transitions
Hello When using your Daslight Interface (with default factory settings) in Stand Alone mode, there is an adjustment required in order to get scenes to fade correctly, which many Daslight users overlook. See the image below; ‘Fade’ (Box 1) needs to be activated, and the fade time needs to be applied...

Re: A quand Daslight4 pour linux
Hello Currently there are no plans for a Linux version of Dalsight 4. Whilst there has been some interest in this platform, it has only been a handful, and not enough to warrant the development and maintenance costs of having another version of Daslight 4 which is nearly 4 years old now. We may look...

Re: Newbie-Question Using MIDI - DAW
Hello
It is entirely down to preference of the user how they their scenes with the MIDI function. Most commonly though is to trigger a scene on with a key press on a MIDI controller and loop it until you press the key to release it again. Then generally users will have 'flash' scenes which overrid...

Re: Download the latest version of Daslight 3 (11-July). On the web is only the March
Hello
This is the latest version, However there is a bug with the splash screen where it displays the wrong date. I can undestand that this is confusing and our developers will fix it as soon as possible.
Kind Regards

Hello Bit of a necro-post, but may be beneficial to others who are searching/reading. Then you c...

Re: Hold settings on computer crash (Mac)
Hello There is an option, and not always an ideal option depending on hardware location, but in the event of crash and your lights holding the last values for effect, you can disconnect the DMX cable from the Daslight interface so the lights do not receive the '0' value command sent when the softwar...
