Hello I believe our technical team have been dealing with your support request previously through email. Easy Remote uses UDP messages for triggering scenes instead of TCP. UDP was chosen for speed, but on some networks it can cause problems because there is no way to check if packets have been lost...

We are aware of a bug which affects some Mac OS computers. Your profile suggest you are using windows OS however.

Please can you confirm your computer setup with spec and OS version?
