Can anyone advise if the Akai APC20 works as a midi controller for DVC2.

I know it states that its a dedicated controller for Ableton but I like it and think it could wortk weill with DVC2

Can someone advise how do you re-position a button in easy remote. Everytime I add a button it defaults to the center of the screen.

I would like to group buttons together.

Sorry for the newbie question but can someone tell me how to get the master dimmer fader to work in live mode.

I move the fader in the Live screen but nothing happens to my fixtures.

Hi,

I have just installed the ltest DVC3 RC1 and I keep getting the error message that I am missing the fixture's library. This happens when I try and patch a fixture in setup.

I have also noticed that the Scan library editor is also missing from the program files.

Thanks for the information. How do you make a master dimmer in DVC3. I am creating a show with 8 Led par cans - each par can has its own dmx address - so I need to make a master dimmer for all fixtures.

Hi I run DVC2 on a MAC using parallels with no problems. I run Parallels in Coherence mode. You must plug the interface in after you have got parallels/windows running and select it to work under Windows not OSX. Then run DVC2. Haven't tried Itouchmidi yet but will look at it over the weekend. regar...

How do you assign the midi faders so that it control the dmx faders in the Editor screen.

Can anyone advise the best midi controller to use with DVC2. I would like to use a controller when programming ie when moving sliders rather than moving them with my laptop trackpad.

Is this possible with DVC2?
