It happened 3 times. It happened after system restart also. I'm using Windows 11, Fujitsu Intel Core i7, 32 Gb RAM.

The error message:
Error during installation process (daslight5.win): Execution failed (Unexpected exit code: 1): "cmd /C mkdir C:Users/.../Documents/Daslight 5/Presets

The problem occurs only when I copy commands/buttons from one page to another [in Touch section]. If I use ''Add control to Touch View command'' from Control section it's working fine. But this takes a lot of effort, you have to move every button into the right position and personalize each one agai...

1. On TOUCH section I've created INDIVIDUAL PAGES for every group of fixtures [moving heads, wash, laser etc] using the Add control to Touch View command. All good here. 2. Problem solved! My Touch section has 10 different pages and 3 of them were in Edit mode. So the software cannot choose which one you want to add the command to, so it's not doing anything. You have to be in Edit Mode on just one Page, the one you want to edit.

I click ''Add Controls to Touch View'' or I press Alt+click and nothing appears on Touch View [which is in Edit mode, of course and on an empty page]. I could't find any info about this issue. Can anybody help me? Thanks.

After trying for hours to do the import I've sent an email to Thomas Jalaguier. The solution was much simpler than I imagined - drag & drop in the Import Show window. Merci beaucoup, Thomas!

I've tried the Import Show option but nothing happens. I cannot understand why.
I've selected the source scene, I've selected the new scene [where I want to be copied]...
The fixture's addresses are identical in both *.dvc files. What am I doing wrong?
