For info, I have reproduced this issue today in the Daslight 4 beta version Mar 01 2022 on macOS Monterey 12.2.1.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Daslight 4
2) Effect > Add a Pixel Effect > Effect 1 causes immediate crash
